Music Rights & Performance Policy

NYC Otaku Choir is committed to honoring the composers, lyricists, arrangers, and publishers whose work we perform.

We are a community-based ensemble in the United States presenting live choral performances of music from anime, video games, and pan-Asian popular repertoire.

Free Live Performances

All NYC Otaku Choir concerts are presented free of charge to the public.

We do not sell tickets, sell standalone audio recordings, distribute sheet music, or claim ownership of any original compositions performed. Our performances are intended as community cultural events celebrating the music and its creators.

Online Video Sharing

Select concert performances may be shared publicly via YouTube.

  • We do not enable monetization.

  • We do not charge viewers for access.

  • We do not sell digital downloads.

  • We do not commercially exploit the works performed.

YouTube’s Content ID system allows rights holders to automatically identify and manage the use of their works. Rights holders may choose to monetize, track, block, or remove content at their discretion. If monetization is applied, any advertising revenue is paid directly to the rights holder.

We respect the rights of all copyright holders and will promptly comply with any request for modification or removal.

NYC Otaku Choir exists to celebrate and amplify the music we love while honoring the creators behind it. Our mission is cultural appreciation, artistic collaboration, and community expression—not commercial exploitation.

楽曲の権利および利用方針

NYCオタク合唱団（NYCオタククワイア）は、演奏する楽曲の作曲者・作詞者・編曲者・出版社の皆様の権利を尊重しております。

当団体はアメリカ合衆国を拠点とするコミュニティ合唱団として、アニメ・ゲーム音楽・アジア圏ポピュラー音楽などを中心にライブ公演を行っています。

無料公演について

NYCオタク合唱団の公演はすべて入場無料で開催しております。

チケット販売や音源販売は行っておらず、楽譜の配布・販売、原曲の著作権の主張等も行いません。私たちの公演は、音楽文化への敬意と地域コミュニティへの貢献を目的とした活動です。

オンライン動画の公開について

一部の公演映像をYouTube上で公開する場合がありますが、

  • 当団体側で収益化設定は行いません。

  • 視聴者から料金を徴収することはありません。

  • 音源のダウンロード販売は行いません。

  • 商業目的での利用は行いません。

YouTubeのContent IDシステムにより、権利者は楽曲の利用状況を自動的に管理することができます。権利者は収益化・トラッキング・ブロック・削除等を選択することが可能です。収益化が行われた場合、広告収益は権利者へ直接支払われます。

権利者からのご要望があった場合には、速やかに修正または削除に対応いたします。

NYCオタク合唱団は、作品への敬意を持ち、音楽文化を広めることを目的としています。営利目的ではなく、文化的交流と芸術的表現を大切にしています。
